You have to correct the words in italicand put the correcta ones (that make sense):
1: una servilleta
2: una cuchara
3: una cuchara
4: un tenedor
5: un mantel
6: el desayuno
7: el azúcar
8: un cuchillo
9: la sopa
"Dobles a la derecha." means "Turn to the right.". So yup. It's in command form. If you see sentence that has "May I" or "Can I" in it it's asking. If a sentence has "Do now" It's commanding.
