the cons it could be dangerous if you had owned a gun you could accedentally shoot yourself or and you might get too angry and shoot someone by an accident.

The pros: defending yourself just incase you get threatened or you could get in a fight with a person accidentally, that has a weapon you could call the cops fake the fight and get them arrested?

That's why when he came back to korea, he popularised it in the south. Kim ilsung wanted everyone on his side so he invaded the south in 1950.
