The Communist Party is actually still in charge of China, but it has changed and adapted to the modern times, making China a global powerhouse.

The king with his royal family are absolute leaders of the country, having all the power in them, and acting as dictators. The freedom of speech does not exist, the media is restricted or controlled by the government, and there is only one allowed religion and every citizen has to convert to it like it or not. Despite all of this, the international community is quiet and doesn't do anything to stop the violation of pretty much every human right, as Saudi Arabia is one of the biggest producers of oil and natural gas in the world.
