  2. A way to strike  a balance between studying time and leisure is to have breaks. These breaks will help Carlos relax and  free his mind from the burden of studying so much.
  3. If he asks help from a tutor, this will probably give Carlos some tips about the organisation of his studying time and the  way to approach the material. These tips will help Carlos to avoid frustration.
