The appositive is (B) Mary Poppins, because there are "invisible" understood commas in that sentence if you know what I mean! ;)

She went on to found and become integral in groups striving for African American justice. She continued her anti-lynching campaign and began to work tirelessly against segregation and for women's suffrage. She helped block the establishment of  segregated schools in Chicago.
