Answer:

The core samples

Explanation:

The scientist study the interior of the earth in indirect way. Because the interior temperature of the earth is so high that, no one can reach to it.

They collect samples of different layers, from the sea levels, and the earthquake prone areas to know the nature of the earth.

There are varieties of earth digging experiment is going on to know more about the earth. By collecting samples of digging material, scientist conclude that the different layers are having different compositions.

The cause of earthquake also provides proof, inside the earth, molten lava/ magma are always in motion. They are in a motion of convection, where they move in circular way from top to bottom.

Sometime due to excess heat or thinner layer of some part of earth, or pressure disturbance, they expel out from the core.

These are coming out in two waves - P wave / primary wave. It cause more hazard to the earth surface. This P wave is followed by S wave which is less harmful effect.

After earthquake collecting this cool magma, scientist determine the nature of the interior of the earth.

From deep to superficial, the order of the strata of the epidermis is corneum - granulosum - lucidum - spinosum - basale. spinos
kotykmax [81]

Answer:

basale - spinosum - granulosum - lucidum - corneum.

Explanation:

The order of strata in the epidermis:

  • Basale: it is the deepest stratum. It has one layer of cells called keratinocytes, which are stem cells for the epidermis.
  • Spinosum: The keratinocytes in this layer have spiny shapes. They synthesize cytokeratin and lipids. In this layer, we can also find macrophages.
  • Granulosum: The keratinocytes of the previous layer ascend and synthesize keratohyalin, which is in granules. The keratohyalin helps to join keratin filaments. Also, the cells release the lipids synthesized in the previous layer, and they form a barrier that stops dehydration.
  • Lucidum: it is only on thick skin, like the one in the sole of the feet. The keratinocytes in this layer have expelled the nucleus and now are dead cells. The keratinocytes have a flat shape and form a thin layer.
  • Corneum: it is the most superficial layer. It is made of dead keratinocytes filled with keratin in their cytoplasm. It is a thick layer that suffers desquamation when new dead cells filled with keratin ascend from the previous layer.
