For e.g. You are applying the formula of Sum of all the possible values:

i) In first step, hover the cursor on a position which you wan to make the cell active.

ii) In second step, type the equal sign =, Then type SUM in capital letters.

iii) Now selection the range of the cell which you want to make sum.

iv) After selection, press the ENTER key to get answer.

Note: Don't forget to put small brackets in the range of cells.
