Answer: There are a vast number of definitions of war, in the most basic embodiment war is a conflict in which violence is used to impose one will or the other on one's will.

Explanation:

When it comes to the characteristics of war, looking at history, they do not deviate much from one another. The essential features of war are destruction, biological destruction and material destruction, forced migration. These phenomena characterize every war throughout history. Many battles have been marked as genocide, which represents the highest level of human destructiveness, or the lowest level of civilization.

When it comes to the ethical and moral levels of war, three perceptions generally dominate it. These are realism, pacifism and just war theory. Authenticity, however, provides a sceptical view of the application of the moral concept to fight itself. Power and national security, realists argue, motivate states during the war period, and morality is a mere wish in those moments. The state should strive for vital interests in security, influence over others and economic growth, not moral ideals. Pacifists are happy to apply the moral concept and consider it necessary, to international strife. The question of justifying the act of war is crucial.

But the result of such a normative application, in the event of a conflict, is always that such action must not be taken. Pacifists view war as a non-civilizational phenomenon, arguing that there is still a better solution to reaching a compromise. Just war theory is one of the most influential. This theory is divided into three parts which are cited in the Latin literature: 1) Jus ad Bellum, which deals with justice in war in general; 2) jus in Bello, concerning justice in the war after it began; and 3) jus post-Bellum, about truth in the war in the final stages of the war, upon completion. By this belief, the state can only launch an attack for the right reason. This reason includes self-defence against external attack, defence of others from the same events, protection of the innocent from brutal, aggressive state systems.

Which event finally brings an end to WWII?
ehidna [41]

Answer: Japan surrenders after the Soviet Union enters the war which marked the end of ww2.

Explanation: Nuclear weapons shocked Japan into surrendering at the end of World War II, which they didn't. Japan surrendered because the Soviet Union entered the war. Japanese leaders said the bomb forced them to surrender because it was less embarrassing to say they had been defeated by a miracle weapon.
