There were many significant political changes which Diocletian enacted. One important thing which happened was that he divided the Roman empire into two parts. This meant Rome was being effectively taken care of by two different emperors at the time for that reason.

In China,the Tang (618 - 907 A.D.) and the Song Dynasties based their bureaucracies on Confucian ideals (960 - 1279 A.D.) as a way of strengthening ethics thus ruling out corruption in civil service. In order to achieve this, every candidate aspiring to a job position in the government had  to pass difficult tests on Confucianism.

When Israel was established as a country in place of Palestine in 1948, the other countries around them, (some Arab), attacked Israel in an attempt to crush the newly formed nation, triggering a series of smaller wars that Israel had to fight in for their own defense. In other words, based on this historic event, we can infer that the Arab community didn't exactly appreciate, much less like the Israelites.
