These two countries have a very weak judicial system which is he main cause of high crime rates. The nation should give votes to a fair government who take strict actions against these problems is the only way to address the problems. If the government take strict actions against criminals and police brutality and better the judicial system so these problems will be solved. Criminals who killed someone will be hanged till death in the public will prevent others for committing crimes.
