The 5th president of the united states was "James Monroe." He was born on <span> April 28, 1758 and dies on July 4, 1831. </span>Monroe came in office on 1817 to 1825. Monroe was known as a statesmen which is a person who is <span>skilled, experienced, and respected political leader</span> and served as the fifth president of the United States.
