In the denominator of the fraction is given expression (x-1)(x-5). This means that

x\neq 1,\\x\neq 5.

Now simplify the expression y=\dfrac{(x-3)(x-1)}{(x-1)(x-5)}:

y=\dfrac{(x-3)(x-1)}{(x-1)(x-5)}=\dfrac{x-3}{x-5}.

This means that x=5 is the equation of vertical asymptote and, therefore, since function id not defined for x=1 this point is hole of the function.

First, we must understand what standard form of a line is. Standard form of a line is written like  such that A,B, and C are all integers, and A must be positive. First, we must calculate the slope of the line that passes through theses coordinates.

<span>As a refresher, this is the equation to figure out the slope of two coordinates.Now, we just simplify the numerator and denominator.  <span>  </span></span>

The next step is to utilize point-slope form, which is  where  is a point on the line. Of course, we already know that (7,-3) and (4,-8) both lie of the line. Therefore, plug in one fot he coordinates. Once converted into point-slope, we must then convert into standard form. This is what is demonstrated in the next step.

<span>Let's multiply all sides by 3 to get rid of the fraction early.Distribute the 5 to both terms in the parentheses.Subtract 9 from both sides.Subtract 5x on both sides.We aren't done yet! The coefficient of the x-term must be positive. Therefore, divide by -1 on both sides.<span>This is standard form now, so we are done!</span></span>

Fine the promise factorization of 245. Is there another way to write the prime factorization of 245?
Rufina [12.5K]

Answer:

5*7^2 is the other way to write the question

Step-by-step explanation:

245: 7 * 7 * 5

You could write it as 7^2 * 5

Method:

You know that 5 divides into 245

245: 5 * 49      49 factors into 7 * 7

So the result is 5 * 7 * 7

1/8% is what as a decimal
vlabodo [156]

Answer:

\large\boxed{\dfrac{1}{8}\%=\dfrac{1}{800}}

Step-by-step explanation:

p\%=\dfrac{p}{100}\\\\\dfrac{1}{8}\%=\dfrac{\frac{1}{8}}{100}=\dfrac{1}{8}\cdot\dfrac{1}{100}=\dfrac{1}{800}\\\\\text{other method}\\\\\text{Convert the fraction to the decimal:}\\\\\dfrac{1}{8}=0.125\to\dfrac{1}{8}\%=0.125\%\\\\0.125\%=\dfrac{0.125}{100}=\dfrac{0.125\cdot1000}{100\cdot1000}=\dfrac{125}{100000}=\dfrac{125:125}{100000:125}=\dfrac{1}{800}

Can someone help me to find tsa of entire solid ?
o-na [289]

Step-by-step explanation:

Radius is same in both cones....

Slant height of lower cone = 50 cm ( by applying Pythagorean theorem )

TSA of the lower cone = 22/7 × 14 × ( 14 + 50 )

= 2816 cm^2

Total height of the solid = 52.8 cm

Height of the upper cone = 52.8 - 48 = 4.8 cm

TSA of the upper cone = 22/7 × 14 × ( 14 + 4.8 )

= 827..2 cm^2

TSA of the solid = 2816 + 827.2 = 3643.2 cm^2

I need help$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Leni [432]

The answer is 106 degrees. This is because 22 degrees + 52 degrees + 106 degrees = 180 degrees, completing the angles.

Hope this helps!
