Answer:

Identify easily the market needs and a better communication among all the participants in the organization.

Explanation:

According to Max Weber the bureaucratic organization is the model that prevails according to the capital expansion needs. However, as time goes on, it has been observed that this organizational model has some difficulties such as a high degree of differentiation that leads an organization to have problems identifying the market needs, which can cause to a company to begin developing obsolete products or services. The second problem is  low integration, which refers to the communication process among the integrants of the working place, due to the great difference among the hierarchichal levels.

As a judge, i would rule in favor if Bakilana

By confiscating her password and forcing her to work for long hours, Bakilana had cause intentional infliction of emotional distress toward kiwanuka.

Bakilana has intentionally inflicted emotional distress to Kiwanuka by taking extreme/outrageous conduct such as taking her passwords and mentally abuse Kiwanuka.

But, that's being said, Kiwanuka does not present any proof about her accusation. (recording or witnesses). If Kiwanuka provide them, as a judge I will rule in favour of her. But since there is still a reasonable doubt that the accusation is false, i would rule in favor of Bakilana.
