According to Max Weber the bureaucratic organization is the model that prevails according to the capital expansion needs. However, as time goes on, it has been observed that this organizational model has some difficulties such as a high degree of differentiation that leads an organization to have problems identifying the market needs, which can cause to a company to begin developing obsolete products or services. The second problem is  low integration, which refers to the communication process among the integrants of the working place, due to the great difference among the hierarchichal levels.
