It's a continuum. it goes part and parcel with the contemporary technology and design capabilities. Romanesque is known for small windows, heavy walls, thick structure. The advent of new technologies, as well as new heights in courage, allowed Gothic architecture. The flying buttress and special arches and vaults allowed new heights in construction and thinner walls, which in turn permitted glorious windows, since the walls no longer needed to be so heavy and thick.

Answer:

Most Romanesque churches were related to monasteries. Remember that it was in the libraries of these monasteries that were the majority of Roman knowledge, which will enable the construction of certain buildings.

There were no big cities yet, so most of these churches were in the countryside and needed people to keep them and to run the service

Exterior x Interior: simple, and interior with paintings and reliefs. It was a reflection of the good man, who was to cultivate his soul, his inner self, not his outer, giving temptation and sin a chance!

it may be the morning or evening. (pictures now have filters and it's hard to find the original.) I say that because of the lighting on the water, and I think there is some gradient blending on the water lilies. (the dark to light greens) Hopefully this helps some. Please comment if you need more help. :)

Question 6 (1 point)
Marysya12 [62]

Answer:

Male artists created the pieces in professional workshops.

Explanation:

"Bayeux Tapestry" refers to a cloth that was embroidered in order to depict the story of the Norman conquest in England. It is over 230-feet long (over 70 meters) and includes 50 scenes. These scenes have Latin captions. There are many theories regarding who and how many people actually made the tapestry. Some say Anglo-Saxon women could have made it because they were very skilled in embroidery. Others say nuns could have made it while some argued that highly trained people could have worked on it in workshops. It never actually mentioned about "male artists" and its origin is unsure, thus, this makes the last choice incorrect.
