The correct answer is D) A larger percentage of female slaves.

A difference between tobacco plantations and cotton and sugar plantations was that tobacco plantations had a larger percentage of female slaves.

John Rolfe, a man from Jamestown, Virginia, brought some tobacco seeds from Trinidad island, in the Caribbean, and planted them in the Virginia fields. The results were unexpected. Tobacco crops were very good and well accepted in the colonies and were exported to England. People loved it. The tobacco leaf was more grey and bitter than European tobacco. From then on, tobacco was one of the most important elements in the economy of Virginia. A difference between tobacco plantations and cotton and sugar plantations was that tobacco plantations had a larger percentage of female slaves.

What role did George Washington have in the Seven Years' War? He negotiated the Treaty of Paris. He was a leader in the British
sergejj [24]

The correct answer is "He was a leader in the British army."

George Washington (1732-1799) leaded the American forces in the American Revolutionary War and became the First President of the United States, this why he is considered one of the Fathers of this country.

The Seven Years' War took place before all that, between 1756 and 1763. It was a global conflict involving all European powers. Due to the his former experience in the French and Indian Wars, Washington was appointed leader of the British militia from Virginia, and fiercely fought the French there.
