Answer:

The Industrial Revolution caused profound changes in the world, and one of these changes occurred in the productive process and in the workers' lifestyle. In order for us to understand how the worker's life has changed, we need to visualize, beforehand, the changes in the goods production process using the context of textile production.

Before the Industrial Revolution, the production process was manufacturing, that is, production took place in a manufacture, in which production was manual and the worker performed his work through his artisanal ability. With the development of the machines, production became part of the machinery, that is, the machine was largely responsible for production.

Thus, if, before the machine, production needed the craftsman's skill, now it was no longer necessary because any worker could handle the machine and carry out the entire process alone. In practice, this means that a worker with manual skills was no longer needed, and the result was that their wages decreased.

NikAS [45]
In order to insulate the courts from POPULAR PASSIONS, the founders ensure that federal judges are APPOINTED FOR LIFE. The principal objective of the life tenure given to federal judges is to insulate them external pressures. The life term provides job security for them and enable them to do what is right under the law, since they do not have to fear that their position will be terminated if they make unpopular decisions.
