Answer: 1. The listening environment could be called a Workshop because the computer course is been taught by the CEO.

2. The skill i would use to actively listen is to get a recording, using any form of recorder during the teaching.

Explanation: 1. It is a workshop because the CEO is teaching practically unlike a seminar which would be a delivery of lecture.

2. Recording skill would be the best listening skill because whatever you could not retain can still be listened to by you later.
