First off, creativity is an excellent quality to have in leaders, because the protocol is usually wrong for situations that require quick thinking and not memorized passages. This is very hard for someone else to answer. Do you have a creative mind? If you do, how do you and your creative mind get along? Do your friends like that part of you that can be very quirky. Do you make comments that don't exactly fit what everyone else says. Do you look at things differently than other people do and if you do, how?
If you do not have a creative mind (I don't. I'm very logical) then do you know someone who does? My wife does, and we can drive each other crazy. She thinks I'm a dirt clod and I think she lives in a world uninhabited by anyone but her.
We've been married 37 years. Maybe that's just the way of things.
