If it's $50 a meter, then the answer is:
x is the cost per meter
16x + 12x + 8x + 2x

But that answer is 5,075,020,100 and that is a ridiculously high number.  I hope this helps even if it doesn't answer the question.

I need help with 16 through 29
Verizon [17]
Since 16 - 29 are systems of equations, the easiest way would possibly be through elimination because all you'd have to do is add the two equations then solve for your variable then plug in that number to one of the equations and then solve for the remaining variable, and then you'd get an ordered pair as your solution.

The table represents a linear equation. Which equation correctly uses point (–2, –6) to write the equation of this line in point
sineoko [7]

Answer:

y+6=m(x+2)

where I would have to look at the table to know m.

Step-by-step explanation:

Point-slope form of a line is

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

where m \text{ is the slope and } (x_1,y_1) \text{ is a point on that line}

You are given (x_1,y_1)=(-2,-6) \text{, but no value for }m.

So we know we are looking for an equation that looks like this:

y-(-6)=m(x-(-2))

If you simplify this looks like:

y+6=m(x+2)
