Answer:

The answer is: The Emotionally Expressive style.

Explanation:

To use "indirect style of communicating" means not doing it verbally. Verbal communication is a direct communication style. We also have key words here, "emotionally" and "expressiveness", to sum up, we have a "style" which basically has those two words; so yes, it is that one. Why? Well, as you may know, being emotionally expressive means to have the ability to convey emotional states through nonverbal movements and gestures (facial expressions). So, if you fill in the blank with this answer, it'll make perfeclty sense.

- Write a paragraph explaining how fiction and nonfiction are different.
Misha Larkins [42]

Answer:

Is it fiction or nonfiction? Fiction and nonfiction are two categories of writing.

Fiction deals with made-up people or events.

Nonfiction deals with real life.

Fiction is also a word that is commonly used to describe anything that is not true, like wild accusations or patently false testimony. This article, though, is a work of nonfiction.

Since fiction and false each begin with the letter F, remembering that a work of fiction is not a true story should not be difficult to remember.

It might be difficult to remember the difference between these words, but remember, you can always reread this article for a quick refresher.

2. Which of the following topics would be too broad for a speech lasting 5 to 10 minutes?
oee [108]

I am not too sure there is a clear answer to this question: in principle, you could hold a speech of 10 minutes on any topic, but the depth of the treatment of the topic would have to be adjusted.

I would choose answer C. the history of modern interior design: describing a history of anything requires a lot of details, and those need time.

Specifically, I find that options A and B are very easily condensed for 10 minutes: they are in any case not good options.

D. depends on whether this is just a general introduction or a very detailed, practically oriented, tutorial.

Since 'next' is a time-order word, you need another.

'Then' is a time-order word. You are not stating a 'fact', nothing happened abruptly, or 'suddenly', and you aren't comparing anything, 'similarly'.
