If you're looking for another way to express decimal numbers, try this. Any decimal can be expressed by dividing the decimal number without the decimal point by how many place values it has. Example: .08 can be expressed by taking 08 and dividing it by 100 (because the decimal goes out to the hundredths place). So, .08 = 8/100 or 4/50 or 2/25.
