Mood is the feelings of the reader.  That attitude of the writer is tone.  These can get confusing.  Mood is how YOU feel after reading a passage.  For example, one could say that the mood of Finding Nemo is sad at the beginning when Marlin loses his wife.  Then sad again when Nemo is taken.  But when Nemo is rescued, one could say the mood is relieved or happy.  Mood is a feeling.  So, by the choices given here, B would be the answer.  A is the setting.
