I think its going to be the 2nd option class's. even the you usually put an apostrophe after the s when the noun is plural, I believe class's is a collective noun in this place which take a singular approach with apostrophes

Which of the following is considered an element of the mechanics of writting?
vekshin1
Error-free writing requires more than just using good grammar. You must also use correct mechanics of writing in your documents. The mechanics of writing specifies the established conventions for words that you use in your documentation. Grammar reflects the forms of words and their relationships within a sentence. For instance, if you put an apostrophe in a plural word (“Create two file’s”), you have made a mistake in the mechanics of writing, not grammar. The mechanics of writing guidelines in this chapter work well for computer documentation, but other style guides might suggest different rules that are equally effective. In most cases, which rules you follow doesn’t matter as long as you are consistent within your document or documentation set. See Chapter 2 for options related to the use of text and graphical elements, such as section headings, tables, and cross-references

Which sentence is punctuated correctly?
Mila [183]

Answer:

New York is a vibrant, very diverse city.

Explanation:

In the first option, it is not right to use both a comma and "and" to connect a two-element list of modifiers ("vibrant" and "very diverse"). In the second option, a comma should not be isolating the adverb "very" from the adjective it modifies (diverse). Only the third option is properly punctuated.

As Mr. Utterson’s character develops, he becomes more
Lesechka [4]
<span>As Mr. Utterson’s character develops, he becomes more worried.
You can see in the first excerpt that he is really enthusiastic about his work and that he wants to find out who the criminal is. However, over the course of the following two excerpts, you can see that he is growing more and more worried about not finding the criminal yet. Phrases such as "under a weight of consideration," and "sobre spirits" tell you a lot about him worrying.
