Hi,

I don't know what the options are, but some reason for this is that most of the Russian population lives in the European part of the country - in fact, Siberia is scarcely populated.

Another reason can be that they speak a European language- Slavic, related to other European languages and share a similar culture.

Answer:Russia and Europe share a common religious heritage.

Explanation:

Beginning with the reign of Tsar Peter the Great in the early eighteenth century, Russia has identified itself with Europe, despite the fact that the greater part of its land lies in Asia. One reason for its European identification is because Russia and Europe share a common religious heritage. Russia, like Europe, is predominantly Christian. Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, and Islam are the dominant religions practiced in Asian countries. This cultural factor plays a major role in Russia's geographical identification.
