Evaluate the economic, geographic, and social factors that impacted the growth of slavery in the southern colonies between 1607
choli [55]

Answer:

The geographic, economic, and social factors that impacted the growth of slavery in the southern colonies of the United States were as follows:

-On the one hand, the temperate climate of the southern colonies, from Virginia to Florida, encouraged the production of agricultural and livestock products, which needed abundant labor to be exploited efficiently.

-This made the southern colonies rely predominantly on the production of these resources as the main means of economic production.

-Thus, to efficiently exploit the resources of the south, the large landowners began to use slave labor to cultivate large amounts of land.

-This in turn was fostered by an extremely racist system, based on the presumed predominance of the white race in physical and intellectual terms.

After watching the video, what are some surprising images you saw in the video? Why were they surprising to you? *
Lesechka [4]

Answer:

Explanation:

Before the days of smartphones — if you can remember such a time — taking a great photo was a labor-intensive process. You'd have to buy a fancy camera and editing software for your desktop computer, and invest some serious time and energy into learning how to use them.

But, thanks to our mobile devices and the editing apps that come with them, we can now take high-quality photos and edit them without too many bells and whistles — all from the same device that we use to make calls

Were critics of WWI Anti-American?
mestny [16]
I assume you mean American critics of American participation in the war.

The answer is no, they were not. The environment in 1917 was not the same as December 1941. While German unrestricted submarine warfare disgusted many Americans, it wasn't universally recognized as an adequate casus belli in what many perceived to be a morally ambiguous war.
