Identify the characteristics of each system that europeans establishedin tbe americas
Anton [14]

Answer:

The answer is:

It was introduced by English colonists:

Tobacco plantation owners paid for the voyages of laborers coming from Europe.

Indentured servants were an important part of the system.

In the English colonies of the South, it was common for large landowners to grow tobacco, cotton, rice, indigo and trees to obtain timber. The owners of the plantation lived in luxurious mansions and had African slaves who worked for them in the plantations and some women served their employers in household chores.

It was also a common practice the “Indentured servants” system, which were contracts that the plantation owners offered to free people in Europe where they were offered to pay for the trip to America in exchange for working for them in the plantations for a previously agreed time.

It was introduced by Spanish colonists:

Conversion to Christianity was an important part of the system.

Officers received grants in the form of American Indians.

In the Spanish colonies in America, the acculturation of the aboriginal people was central, making the main axis in the adoption of the "Catholic Religion". The orders of the Jesuits and Dominicans played a central role in this task.

Many aborigines died in the first years of European conquest by arms or by the rapid deployment of large epidemics produced by contagion of viruses brought by Europeans and they did not have the necessary antibodies to fight them.

The indigenous population that survived these events was mostly used as slave labor for seasons in the crops and haciendas of Spanish landowners and army or government "Officials received American Indigenous groups as grants".

Some Native Americans were sold as slaves in Spain as well, but there is little record of this practice

ser-zykov [4K]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

The conclusion can be drawn from this comparison above is that in the Roman Empire times, women had limited rights and were considered less than men. The fact that ‌women were not citizens of Rome, Roman men believed a woman had to be under the protection of a guardian, such as her father or husband, or that women were thought to be incapable of directing their own activities, shows that men felt they were superior and undermined the capabilities and strengths of women. However, to their convenience, men allowed women to run businesses, have a job to support the family, or inherit wealth.

Why has the United States sought to encourage the spread of democracy in the world?
nadezda [96]

Answer:

from the given set of options, the most suitable answer would be,

"Democratic governments, in general, respect and protect human rights more than other forms of government."

Explanation:

Since the end of the 2nd world war, after the world polarized clearly into Democratic and Communist sides, USA sought to encourage the spread of communism and thwart the growth of communism.

This was mainly because the, non-democratic, totalitarian regimes of communism was well-known for breaches of human rights.

Moreover, communism enforced command economies and was a major threat to the free trade and free market economic system. This threatened the US Economy and the way of life.
