∠J ⇔ ∠D

NB ⇔XH

∠P ⇔ ∠L

JN ⇔ DX

<u>Step-by-step explanation:</u>

A flat shape with 4 straight sides where opposite sides are parallel,opposite sides are equal in length, and opposite angles are equal is called Parallelogram.

Here in above picture, Parallelogram NBPJ ~ Parallelogram XHLD i.e. both are similar as all the sides and all the angles are congruent. . Since, parallelograms are similar every corresponding angle or side is also similar to other parallelogram . ∴ ∠J is similar to ∠D as angle D is corresponding to angle J in both parallelograms { ∠J ⇔ ∠D }.  Side NB is corresponding to side XH , so NB ⇔XH. ∠P is corresponding to ∠L , ∴ ∠P ⇔ ∠L. Side JN corresponds to Side DX , so JN ⇔ DX.

What is the slope of this line? <br> The coordinates are: (-4,5),(0,6), and (8,8).
Elodia [21]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

we have to use the formula of slope here.

we know,

slope of the line passing through (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is-

\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}

Here, the first two points are -

(-4 , 5) and (0,6)

So, the slope will be-

\frac{6-5}{0-(-4)}=\frac{1}{0+4}=\frac{1}{4}

So, the slope is-

\frac{1}{4}

Cora sliced 18 \text{ kg}18 kg18, start text, space, k, g, end text of apples for a party. She divided the apple slices equally
Vikentia [17]

Answer:

Cora put 3600 apple slices in each bowl.

Step-by-step explanation:

Cora sliced 18 kg of green apples for a Party.

She divided the Apple slices equally between 5 large bowls.

We need to find how many grams of Apple slices did Cora put in each bowl.

Since,

1 kg = 1000 grams

18 kg = 18000 grams

To find how many grams of Apple slices did Cora put in each bowl, divide total apples by total no of bowls.

x=\dfrac{18000}{5}\\\\=3600

Hence, Cora put 3600 apple slices in each bowl.
