Answer:

There are a lot of ways in which India has not improved it's development. One of which is the Poverty and disease persisted in the Indian Society. There is still poverty prevailing in the most parts of India.

The government still needs to implement the policies in a better way to fight such problems. Therefore, India has not improved it's development in this sector but on the other hand India has improved it's development in technology and increased GDP.
