Answer:

2 x + 1y ≤16

Combinations:

5 specialty donuts and 6 glazed donuts

6 specialty donuts and 4 glazed donuts

Step-by-step explanation:

Hi, to answer this question we have to write an inequality with the information given:

We have to multiply the cost of each doughnut by a variable; the variables will represent the number of doughnuts bought in each case.

The sum of both products must be less or equal to 16 (money available)

Mathematically speaking:

2 x + 1y ≤16

Where

x = number of specialty donuts

y = number of glazed donuts

Two possible combinations:

5 specialty donuts and 6 glazed donuts

2 (5) + 1 (6) =10+6 =16

16=16

6 specialty donuts and 4 glazed donuts

2(6)+ 1(4) = 12 +4 =16

weeeeeb [17]

The measure of the angle of elevation from the ground to the top of the ladder is 68.73 degrees

Angle of elevation and depression

These method is used to determine the side and angles of a triangle

From the question given, we have the following parameters

Base of the building = 7feet (Adjacent side)

Height of the building = 18 feet (Opposite side)

Required

angle of elevation of the building

Using the SOH CAH TOA identity

tanФ = opp/adj

tanФ = 18/7

Ф = 68.73 degrees

Hence the measure of the angle of elevation from the ground to the top of the ladder is 68.73 degrees

velikii [3]

Step-by-step explanation:

Lets assume that x=0

Therefore- 2×0-y= -3

                0 - y =-3

Therefore y = -3

Then lets take now the before equation

2x - 3= -3

2x = -3+3

2x=0

x=0÷2

∴ x= 0

Answer is- 0,-3

Answer:

1) Arc length = 2πr ( Ф/360)

                 = 2 × 22/7 × 15 (120/360)

                 =  44/7 × 15 (1/3)

                 = 44 × 5/7

                 = 31.428 in

2) Arc length = 2πr ( Ф/360)

                     =  2 × 22/7 × 14 (90/360)

                     =  44/7 × 14 ( 1/4)

                     = 616/7 × (1/4)

                     = 88 (1/4)

                     = 22 yards

Hope it helps!!!
