it's either to inform or entertain because it's not arguing about anything and it's not persuading you to do anything and honestly I think it's to inform because he is a kid who got awards due to the fact that he escaped from a life of slavery to become a human rights activist for the millions of enslaved Pakistani children.
1. Equilibrate the education: The same things they teach to boys should be tought to girls, in such a wy that they can keep the same things in mind and therefore don't have any misconceptions about the other gender.
2. Parents have to give example: Kids imitate what their parents do, if parents support each other in order to obtain the same (or very similar) income, respect each oder and show respectful love to each other, kids will imitate this behavior when they grow and they will treat not only their oposite gender, but everybody else, in the best way possible.
3. Teach the importance of respect: Parents need to teach their kids that respect is not only something that they can do or not do, that is a matter of social interaction responsability and that it should be mandatory for every single person to treat and be treated like that.
