Housework is one of the most controversial issues at home. Nobody likes doing housework but it’s necessary.

The little ones usually have homework and activities after school, so they don’t have much time or patience to do the chores. However, parents need to relax after work, so both of them have the same reasons to claim free time. However, it’s known that parents tend to care more about healthy lifestyle and it’s important to make understand children that sharing the chores everybody enjoy their leisure in equal conditions.

Parents usually do housework better because they have spent more time doing it. Some of the tasks are dangerous, like cooking or cleaning top of the furniture, but it’s only practice. The solution is to share chores according to each person abilities so everyone can help.  

I advise to choose one day a week when everyone is obeyed to clean and for the rest of the week to make a schedule according to everyone possibilities.  

In conclusion, it’s a sensitive issue, but if we cooperate everyone should be able to enjoy their free time!

At the first sight, I think it is very important to share housework between teenagers and their parents. However, sometimes parents or even teenagers have more free time than others, it depends on their chores.

For example, in any cases, parents have a part time job, therefore, they can do housework while their children studying. But, if parents work all day long, in my view, teenagers and their parents should share housework equally, like this, all family will have more free time to enjoy together later.  

On the other hand, parents have more experience with housework than teenager because of this they do better chores, especially cooking and ironing. But in my opinion, young people should learn to do them like their parents. It is a good preparation for the future.

Finally, it is very important share housework if and when everybody have enough time because otherwise some can feel stressed and to get sick.

For all these reason, from my point of view, family life is more pleasant when everyone shares the chores.

Well we all want hard working children in the future don't we. Yes and it all starts at home. I personally agree for us teenagers should start sharing housework equally with not only parents but also the other children in the house. I believe your parents should only go to work, get the money , buy food and return back home. At home , the oldest should cook and also call in the young ones to watch and assist. One child should be able to vacuum the house and pix up the chairs. One should be able to clean up the tables and make the beds. And one should be able to clean up the restroom. It is up to the children in the house to engage and get thier self's in the habit of doing work. And it would be hard for , lets say the oldest went to college, as the second child how would you take care of the house and also have to take care of the others. cooking for the house comes with a major part so we all have to get in the habit of working fr when one leaves, we take over .  that's why i agree teenagers should share house work .
