Roberto is preparing a speech that he will deliver to his school administration, arguing for more healthy options in the cafeter
Daniel [21]

The answer is C: formal and respectful.

In any speech the orator should strive to achieve a formal and respectful tone. Formal speech is characterized by being concise, direct, and well-structured to be as meaningful as possible in order to avoid ambiguities that could lead to miscomprehension. It should also be respectful in tone because it is addressed to school authorities, and all authority figures, by their own merit deserve a courteous and polite address.
