The correct option is option D. having a valid bank account in the United States is NOT part of the N-400 application for immigrants seeking naturalization.

On its webpage, the U.S. citizens and inmigrations services describe the steps that any person who is seeking naturalization must follow in order to complete this process. Such steps go from determining if someone is eligible to become a U.S. citizen to taking the Oath of Allegiance to the United States, including also going to the biometric appointment, as well as completing the face to face interview. However, none of the steps described in this webpage mention having a having a valid bank account in the United States as a requisite for becoming a U.S. citizen.

In addition, on the U.S. citizens and inmigrations services' webpage, it is also shown the N-400 application, which contains information such as name, last name, age, telephone, social security number, address, parents' information, employment information, school information, etc. But not a single part of such form include any blank related with a valid bank account in the United States.

Answer: United States in December 1966. Marigold was an effort by Italy and Poland, with Soviet backing.

Explanation: However, the Marigold peace initiative was by no means the first effort to arrange peace talks between the U.S. and North Vietnam, nor would it be the last. Regular “unofficial” talks between the two opponents did not begin until May.
