I had to look for the excerpts referred above and here is my answer:

Based on the excerpts from Queen Elizabeth's speeches addressing to the Troops at Tilbury and a response to the <span>Parliament's Request that She Marry</span>, the rhetorical appeal that is being used in both excerpt are LOGOS. The use of the logos appeal here is to give a reason to support and explain her purpose.
