Why does an increase in carbon dioxide or methane result in more energy being absorbed by Earth's surface and an increase in Ear
dalvyx [7]

Explanation:

Carbon dioxide and methane are called greenhouse gases. The property of greenhouse gases is they they heat energy in them and does not let it escape.

Both Carbon dioxide and methane when present in atmosphere, absorb heat from sun and heat which would is reflected from the Earth's surface. With increase in fuel consumption release of these gases has grown tremandously. Thus, with increase in Carbon dioxide and methane more and more heat is being trapped in the atmosphere and therefore, the Earth's average is rising decade after decade.

One advantage associated with driving on side streets is
Sergeu [11.5K]
The answer is - Lighter traffic through rush hours.

The traffic during rush hours is terrible, especially in the big cities, when millions of vehicles are on the streets and everything is blocked and slowed down, which understandably no one likes.
When driving on the side streets though, the traffic in the bigger streets becomes much more bearable and is much faster, so both the drivers that use the side streets benefit from being quicker and evading big traffic, and the ones that drive through the bigger venues have it easier because there's much less traffic and everything is sped up.
