The answer would be the first option (A). You shouldn't use cover braking while passing parks.

Explanation:

You should always use cover braking while turning on a green light so option C is not the answer. Also, when you see cars ahead of you with their lights of you should use cover braking. On the other side, if you are driving and there are parked cars around, you dont need to use cover braking.
