I can tell you how to work out 3)
so each side is 4 since 12÷3=4.
to work out the area you need the perpendicular height (line that goes through the middle of the triangle).
to do this you need SOHCAHTOA.
so in this case you use sine and angle is 60 since its an equilateral
sin 60=×÷4
x=sin 60 × 4

Find the measure of the exterior angle at vertex C.
Mariana [72]

The sum of exterior angles is always 360, so to solve this one, you will have to add the exterior angles all up to find x:

10x + (4x + 26) + (12x + 44) + (7x - 3) + (6x + 59) = 360

39x + 126 = 360

39x = 234

x = 6

Now, the exterior angle at vertex C is 4x + 26.

Plug in the value you got for x:

4 * (6) + 26 = 50

The answer is 50 degrees.

The average length of an adult eastern coach whip snake is 152.4 centimeters write a sentence comparing its length to the other
crimeas [40]

Answer:

The eastern coach whip snake is:

i. 88.9 cm longer than the Copperhead snake

ii. 88.9 cm longer than the Western cottonmouth snake

iii. 30.8 cm longer than the Timber rattlesnake

iv. 91.4 cm longer than the Queen snake

Step-by-step explanation:

The average length of the adult eastern coach whip snake is 152.4 centimeters.

The length of the Copperhead snake is 63.5 centimeters

The difference between 152.4 and 63.5 is 152.4-63.5=88.9

Therefore the eastern coach whip snake is 88.9 cm longer than the Copperhead snake

The Western cottonmouth is 63.5 cm just the same length as the copperhead snake.

Hence, the eastern coach whip snake is also 88.9 cm longer than the Western cottonmouth snake

The Timber rattlesnake is 121.6 cm long. Since 152.4-121.6=30.8,  the eastern coach whip snake is 30.8 cm longer than the Timber rattlesnake

Also, 154.2-61=91.4

Therefore  the eastern coach whip snake is 91.4 cm longer than the Queen snake.

sergij07 [2.7K]

Answer:1157.53

Step-by-step explanation:

Equation: 4×pi×r squared

Radius is half of diameter so 19.2÷2=9.6

Find the x-value at which the tangent to the function of y= (4/e^2x-2) + 8x is parallel to the x-axis.
8090 [49]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The tangent line is parallel to the

x

axis when the slope (hence

y

axis when the slope (again,

d

) goes to

∞

or

−

∞

We'll start by finding
