Dependent variable- bird species
Independent variable- years being studied
Title- My Track on Endangered Birds
Conclusion on WHOOPING CRANE POPULATION- the population of this species increased from 1950-1970 by 54. Since they were being protected, they were able to offspring and so species expanded.

Conclusion on CALIFORNIA CONDOR POPULATION- sadly, this species was still being hunted by hunters and the population decreased. From 1950-1970 the species decreased by 56. They were not able to offspring and increase their population.

conclusion on BLACK SWAN POPULATION- the growth on this species both increased and decreased. In 1950, there were 56. 10 years later there were 58 then went down to 57, 10 years later. So, they were still being hunted but still had the ability to offspring a bit so they’re species are still able to survive.

Answer: 1. The dependent variable is the event expected to change when the independent variable is manipulated. In data mining tools (for multivariate statistics and machine learning), the dependent variable is assigned a role as target variable

2. Independent variables are values that can be changed in a given equation or experiment . Think of an independent variable as your input. An independent variable represents information that you put in to the equation.

3. endangered bird species

4. the whooping crane stated to populate more over the years because they stopped getting killed and they will increase more if nothing kills them.

5. the population stated to decrease due to how many got killed and injured these birds are trying to be protected but they keep going missing.

6. the black swan was at a bad start but then it got higher from not getting killed and injured then it dropped back down because black swans are not that populated.

AveGali [126]

Answer : Photosynthesis is an example of a chemical reaction.

Explanation :

Photosynthesis : It is a type of chemical process which takes place in the plant cell. In photosynthesis process, the light energy converted into the chemical energy.

As plant needs carbon dioxide, water and light. During the photosynthesis, carbon dioxide, water and sunlight react to gives glucose, oxygen and water as a product.

The balanced reaction of photosynthesis will be,

6CO_2+12H_2O\overset{sunlight}\rightarrow C_6H_{12}O_6+6O_2+6H_2O

Hence, photosynthesis is an example of a chemical reaction.

Answer:

Here are the labels:

6. Zygomatic bone

7. Vomer

8. Mandible

9. Maxilla

18. Sternum

19. Costal cartilage

20. True ribs

21. False ribs

22. Floating ribs

Explanation:

  • The skull comprises the 8 cranial bones that house and protect the brain and 14 facial bones that protect the sensitive organs such as eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Out of the 14 facial bones, the mandible, maxilla, zygomatic and vomer along with the frontal bone are the primary bones of the skull.
  • The rib cage comprises of 12 pairs of ribs connected to the sternum, the main bone that anchors the rib cage, through the costal cartilage.
  • The ribs numbered 1 to 7 are called true ribs because costal cartilage connects these bones directly to the sternum.
  • The ribs 8 to 12 are classified as false ribs because they are not directly connected to the sternum.
  • The last two ribs 11 and 12 are called floating ribs because they do not connect to the sternum at all.
