The answer is number four. How you do it is you plug the numbers in the x column, in your equation f(x)= -2x + 6. So for the first one in number four it would be f(6)= -2(0) + 6. when you multiply -2 and 0 you get 0, then you add 6 to that.

4 is the answer because all you have to do is replace fx with 6 and multiply -2 by the x and have six. Does that answer your question?

How many triangles can be formed
Nastasia [14]

Answer:

B. One

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the two angles are already given, the value of the third angle is already fixed. The third angle can be found by the sum of both angles subtracted from 180. Since 2 angles and lengths are already given, there can only be 1 triangle.

Hope this helps!

If not, I am sorry.

Find the area of the shaded regions. Give your answer as a completely simplified exact value in terms of π (no approximations)
klemol [59]

Answer:

52\pi

Step-by-step explanation:

The total shaded are will be the area of big circle - not shaded circle + little shaded circle.

The are of big shaded circle: \pir^{2} So, A=\pi(8^2)= 64\pi

The are of not shaded circle: \pi r^{2} So, A= \pi(4^2)= 16\pi

The are of little shaded cirlce: \pi r^{2} So, A=\pi(2^2)= 4\pi

64\pi - 16\pi + 4\pi= 52\pi
