Answer:

I think the reason behind someone committing a crime varies between people, and crimes. For example, petty theft like taking small things from a grocery store could be because a person is desperate, or it could be something like kleptomania, which is a mental disorder. More violent crimes like ra pe, could stem from an abusive childhood, or mental disorders, that lead a person to do something awful, and feel as though they won't get caught. Robbery or other, similar crimes, could be because people feel as though they are above the law, or won't get caught, and get addicted to the adrenaline rush and power that may come with crime.

Explanation:

A commemorative speech is primarily a tribute or ceremonial that is dedicated to recount and honor the accomplishments or achievements of a person's life in a celebratory or glorifying tone with an aim to show respect towards the person and their significance in one's life.

As per the given description, Austin's eulogy at the funeral of his grandmother exemplifies a 'commemorative speech' as he attempts to celebrate and honor his grandmother's life by informing and persuading the readers about the achievements of her life. Thus, Austin attempts to pay a tribute to them. Therefore, '<u>commemorative speech</u>' is the answer.
