Answer: The re entry of the veterans in to the civil life was not very easy. They needed employment opportunities but did not have skills to work in a civilian job and also wanted access to other resources in the society which increased the demand.

Explanation:

When the maimed veterans returned back to the civil life, many shared that their experience was not very easy in adjusting in the life of the civilians. They suffered from problems like irritation, stress, difficulties in adjusting and frustrations because of that.

After coming back from the war, they needed jobs and employment to earn their living but they did not have the skills to work in a civilian job. So this added to their problem. With them coming back, there was also an increase in the demand of the goods and the services by them. This led to the excess demand over supply.
