There are many types of submersibles, including both manned and unmanned craft, otherwise known as remotely operated vehicles or ROVs.Submersibles have many uses worldwide, such as oceanography, underwater archaeology, ocean exploration, adventure, equipment maintenance and recovery, and underwater videography.
