Who was Mao Zedong? How did he come to be in charge of the Chinese Communist Party? How did he come to be in charge of all of Ch
nataly862011 [7]
Mao was a Chinese communist who wanted China to be put under a communist regime.

He came into power by taking on and defeating the Chinese nationalists who fled to Taiwan.

He enacted a one party system and had the government control anything

The first two decades of communist rule in China was pretty good. The economy was doing well and the country was stable. In 1997 I think, there was a revolution to end communist rule after the fall of the Soviet Union earlier in 1991. Hundreds and thousands of people would die. Hong Kong was given back to China but Hong Kong was allowed to have its own government until 2047. But China wants Hong Kong to be theirs and they’re doing everything they can to have the prosperous City.

Mandarinka [93]

According to the Zendrive research, an average driver uses their smart phone on 88 percent of their trips. Actually, the majority of accidents on American roads aren't caused by people who text while driving, but by people who use hands-free devices.

What are James Madison's greatest accomplishments??
xxMikexx [17]
Apart from serving as the fourth president of the United States from 1809-1817, James Madison is known as the Father of the Constitution. Madison disapproved of the Articles of Confederation, deeming them too weak. He led the push for the Philadelphia Convention in 1787, which would go on to produce the US Constitution. Madison favored a strong federal government as opposed to a weak confederation of states and, in order to sell this point to the general public, he was an instrumental author of the Federalist Papers.
