History

Answer:

President Lyndon signed a right voting act that gave the African American opportunity to participate in voting. However, the bill did not push through but made illegal restrictions, and as a result of this, the votes of the blacks were declined.

Prior to Kennedy’s assassination, Johnson assumed the power as the president but later, he was elected. Even though Johnson became the president, Africans did not have freedom of voting, they were forced to take literacy tests upon the ballot, and they failed; besides they encountered small challenges that they prevented them from voting.

How did the Ten Commandments compare to Hammurabi's Code?
lukranit [14]

Answer:

They both provided people with rules.

Explanation:

Hammurabi made a collection of 282 laws that established values of manner and justice for keeping order in his kingdom. God engraved the Ten Commandments on stone tablets that were given to Moses and the population of Israel. ... The Ten Commandments also changed the Israel population's way of seeing religion.

They received this law when Moses, the leader of the Jewish nation, was led up Mt. Sinai by Yahweh, the God of the Hebrews. The two laws have some basic similarities such as, an eye for an eye, the punishment of death for adultery, fundamental respect for women, and reality that stealing is wrong.
