Which claim is the most effective for the argument that the minimum age to get a driver’s license should be changed to 18? Some

16-year-olds help out by driving their younger siblings to school, so changing the minimum driving age to 18 would be a problem for them. Some 16-year-olds are mature enough to drive, but changing the minimum driving age to 18 would be an overall benefit for everyone. Changing the minimum driving age to 18 would mean safer roads for everyone, since less-experienced drivers are more likely to have accidents. Changing the minimum driving age to 18 shouldn’t cause too much of a problem, because it’s only two years older than 16.
