American leaders needed to draft a national constitution to establish order and to show organization in the country. In essence, without the constitution, we wouldn't have the state of leadership we have today. If you think about it, without the constitution, people that try to become leaders could change the way that this country is ran, and therefore there is no telling what could happen without the constitution.

Answer choices are:

A. Americans had broken away from British rule.

B. The thirteen colonies had declared themselves to be "united" states.

C. The Second Continental Congress lacked legal authority to act as a central government.

D. The Americans could not defeat Great Britain without a constitution.

Correct answer choices are:

A. Americans had broken away from British rule.

B. The thirteen colonies had declared themselves to be "united" states.

C. The Second Continental Congress lacked legal authority to act as a central government.

Explanation:

The Articles formed a vague confederation of sovereign nations and a limited central government, giving most of the control with the state governments. The demand for an influential Federal government shortly became manifest and ultimately directed to the Constitutional Convention in 1787.

American leaders required to draft a state constitution to set law and to show organization in the nation. In reality, without the constitution, we wouldn't have the country of control we have now. If you think about it, without the constitution, people that aspire to become administrators could improve the way that this nation is governed, and hence there is no understanding what could result without the law.

What helped improve working conditions for workers in mines and factories during the late 1800’s?
IceJOKER [234]
During the late nineteenth century the U.S. economy underwent a spectacular increase in industrial growth. Abundant resources, an expanding labor force, government policy, and skilled entrepreneurs facilitated this shift to the large-scale production of manufactured goods. For many U.S. citizens industrialization resulted in an unprecedented prosperity but others did not benefit as greatly from the process. The expansion of manufacturing created a need for large numbers of factory workers. Although the average standard of living for workers increased steadily during the last decades of the nineteenth century, many workers struggled to make ends meet. At the turn of the century it took an annual income of at least $600 to live comfortably but the average worker made between $400 and $500 per year.
