I believe that Mr. Jones is not likely to change due to the fact that he can not understand the animals. The first chapter of this book depicts Mr. Jones more of an animal than the animals themselves, someone who is violent and abrasive, we see this when he decides to shoot his gun once his sleep is disrupted. I hope that in the future of this book Mr. Jones learns the errors of his ways, since the point of the book is to make us think as humans how we can be better, but I think it is unlikely.
Odysseus is one of the famous heroes in the Ancient Greek literature. He is mostly depicted in Homer's work, the Odyssey. When Odysseus came upon the island of the cyclops, he and his men were eventually captured. Upon escaping, they devised a plan that they should get these cyclops drunk and impale them with a large stake afterwards. The plan eventually works though there have also been many casualties on Odyssey's men. It was indicated in the selection that Odyssey is smart and witty.
Authors use similes <span>to create sound effects that amuse readers. Writers want to make readers to imagine the picture and her authors' voice. It creats the full picture of the story by comparing one thing to another with wich the reader is familiar. It's one of the most important things for both readers and writers. </span>
