The correct answer is - True.

The water cycle is shows us how the water is moving in the Earth's system. The movement of water is circular, thus it repeats itself in the same manner time and time again. The water cycle in essence is giving a nice representation of how the water is moving, but also interacting with Earth's spheres, like the atmosphere, geosphere, and biosphere.

It all starts with the heating of the water in the water cycle, when the sun radiation makes the water evaporate. Once it starts to evaporate, the water turns into gas, water vapor, which is lighter than the air and moves up as a result of that. Once it reaches a certain height where the temperature is lower, it starts to condensate, and as it condensates it creates clouds. Under the influence of the gravity, the clouds release the small drops of water in them, so they fall on the Earth's surface.

The product of my number and twice my number is 128 what is half my number
Ad libitum [116K]

Let's call your number n. Twice your number is 2n. The product of your number and twice your number (so n multiplied by 2n) is 128.

Set up an equation:

n × 2n = 128

2n² = 128

Divide both sides by 2:

n² = 64

Square root both sides to isolate n:

n = 8

The question asks for half your number, so just half 8:

8 ÷ 2 = 4.

Half your number is 4.

continental drift was first proposed by a scientist named alfred . he theorized that the were once one large landmass that drift
asambeis [7]

Answer: large-scale horizontal movements of continents relative to one another and to the ocean basins during one or more episodes of geologic time. This concept was an important precursor to the development of the theory of plate tectonics, which incorporates it.The idea of a large-scale displacement of continents has a long history. Noting the apparent fit of the bulge of eastern South America into the bight of Africa, the German naturalist Alexander von Humboldt theorized about 1800 that the lands bordering the Atlantic Ocean had once been joined. Some 50 years later, Antonio Snider-Pellegrini, a French scientist, argued that the presence of identical fossil plants in both North American and European coal deposits could be explained if the two continents had formerly been connected, a relationship otherwise difficult to account for. In 1908 Frank B. Taylor of the United States invoked the notion of continental collision to explain the formation of some of the world’s mountain ranges.
