Answer:

A. Empathy.

Explanation:

When reviewing works of friends or anyone, it is necessary to do it within the confines of giving positive energy instead of the negative ones. Reviewing works and getting reviews are supposed to help in the improvement of the work and not the other way round. So, when the reviewer says anything negative about the reviewed work, it will only decrease the confidence of the writer. On the contrary, when a reviewer says the positives of the work and even if there is a need for improvement and changes, if these comments are pointed out in a more encouraging tone and helpful tips are given, then it will help in boosting the confidence of the writer and will also make him/her appreciative of the effort put by the reviewer. Having empathy for the person writing the work is crucial for any reviewing work, because everyone have their own ways of dealing with things.

Thus, option "B and D" is correct.

What motivates the Cyclops to ask Poseidon for the demise of Odysseus and all his men?

In these lines, we learn that the Cyclops wish Odysseus a bad fate. He tells us that he wishes Odysseus is never able to come home. He also asks that he never see his family again.

Moreover, he wishes that even if he is able to get back to his fatherland, he takes a very long time to do so. The Cyclops is most likely angry because of the loss of his eye, and because of the way, he was taunted by Odysseus.

Thus, option "B and D" is correct.

In what specific way does Herot contrast with the place where grendel lives
STatiana [176]
Herot is a mead hall, which is bustling, bright, and full of energy. Herot stands for something large and magnificent, which is everything that Grendel's home is not. Grendel's home is described as dark and swampy, and a place where no human would want to live. These two are exact opposites, with Herot representing the light and Grendel's home representing the darkness.
