Many people walk into Black Friday with high expectations. This doesn't always work out because shoppers often find it very over overwhelming being in very crowded areas. A lot of people also find it frustrating when u want to buy something but its already gone at the shelf or the store runs out of the particular product. In the end, its all about your expectations of the experience.
